Insurance

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Clients with BCBS MA plans are responsible only for co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles. Please call and check with your insurance provider prior to your first appointment to confirm your coverage.

If you have an insurance other than Blue Cross Blue Shield, my services may still be covered in part by your health insurance company through “out-of-network” benefit. I encourage you to contact your insurance company to find out whether you have the “out-of-network” benefit and what the rate is. Below are some questions you can ask your insurance:

• Do I have “out-of-network” outpatient mental health benefits? If yes, what percentage do you cover?
• Do I have coverage for Telehealth appointments?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• What is my co-pay or coinsurance if I see an out-of-network provider?
• How many sessions are covered?

If you would like to use your insurance’s out-of-network benefits, you are responsible for paying my session fee (please see the “Fees” section) at the time of service. I will provide you a receipt which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
